Pillows are made with an outer layer of fleece and an inner layer of cotton and filled with flax seeds. Pillows can be heated or chilled. To Heat:
Place pillow in a clean dry microwave, making sure that pillow does not touch sides of microwave, especially while rotating. Microwaves vary so start with a time of 1-2 minutes and adjust time accordingly. DO NOT overheat. DO NOT use if too hot. Pillows may also be heated in a 300 degree oven for 5-10 minutes in an oven safe dish with a fitted lid such as pyrex. Pillows may express some moisture when heated. This is normal.
To Chill:
Wrap in airtight plastic bag and place in freezer.
To Clean:
Pillows can be wiped with a clean damp cloth. DO NOT put in washing machine.
